The other half of your relationship. Your other half is simply your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife.
英語中可以把情侶中的一方，男朋友，女朋友，丈夫或妻子統稱為 the other half 。

You would be more likely to use this for a boyfriend or girlfriend you have been with for a long-time--so it would be someone you are in a long term relationship with.
另一點要注意的是，you usually use it to talk about your other half with someone else。Other half 一定是在和第三者談話的場合使用。你和自己的“那位”談話的時候可就別“那位，那位”的叫了。
